SUPER DUPER DELICIOUS SPARE RIBS 
Use 4 lbs. of ribs.

MARINADE:

1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. turmeric
2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Place in screw top jar and shake well. Spread above ingredients all over ribs. Let stand at room temperature for approximately 1 1/2 hours. Preheat oven for about 15 minutes at 325 degrees. Place ribs in pan well lined with aluminum foil. Bake for 15 minutes and turn over and continue baking another 15 minutes.

1 c. mayonnaise
6 oz. can tomato paste
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. white horseradish
1 1/2 tbsp. minced onion
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt

Mix well and baste all sides of ribs. Turn ribs every 10 minutes and change foil frequently. On completion, ribs should turn out golden brown.
