GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
3 cans string beans, drained
Garlic salt to taste
1 carton sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
Crackers, crushed

Put beans in the bottom of a 6 x 12 inch baking dish. Put garlic salt on beans. Mix soup and sour cream; pour over beans. Slice cheese and place on top. Cover with buttered cracker crumbs. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
