BAKED BEANS & WIENERS AU GRATIN 
2 (12 oz.) cans pork 'n beans
1 med. onion
1 lg. green pepper
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. wieners
3 slices bacon (cut in 1/2-inch slices)
2 tbsp. butter

Chop green pepper and onion, and saute in butter until clear. Place pork 'n beans in mixing bowl. Stir bread crumbs into pepper and onion mixture. Then add pepper and onion mixture to pork 'n beans. Cube cheese and cut wieners into 1/2-inch slices, and add to pork 'n bean mixture. Pour mixture into 4-quart casserole dish. Garnish the top with bacon and cover top of casserole. Bake at 325 degree oven for about 1 hour.
