GAZPACHO 
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
2 1/2 c. tomato juice
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, halved
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 c. pepper, finely chopped
1 c. tomato, finely chopped
1 c. zucchini, finely chopped

Combine all ingredients except chopped pepper, tomato and zucchini. Chill about 1 hour in freezer (do not freeze). Remove garlic. Add chopped vegetables. Serve in mugs or soup bowls. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
