CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. salt
1 c. minute rice
5 c. shredded cabbage
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1/2 c. grated cheese (or more if desired)

Brown meat, celery, onion and salt. Cook cabbage for 5 minutes. Drain and add meat mixture. Then add rice and 1/2 of cheese. Put in casserole dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
