HOT BACON DRESSING 
5 strips bacon
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. water
1/3 c. vinegar
Greens - 4 to 6 qts.

Fry bacon and brown flour in pan. Add brown sugar, water, and vinegar. Heat until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add bacon. Steam dandelion until tender and drain. Toss dressing with greens and serve.
