HOT BACON DRESSING 
1/2 lb. bacon
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water

Fry bacon until crisp. Remove from heat. Mix sugar, cornstarch, vinegar and water. Stir this mixture into cooled bacon and fat. Stir and simmer until thickened. Can be stored in refrigerator until needed.
