12 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
12 egg whites
1 qt. half and half
1 pt. heavy cream, whipped
3 tbsp. Kahlua
Nutmeg

Beat egg yolks with sugar until thick. Add salt to egg whites and beat until stiff. Stir half and half and kahlua into egg yolk mixture. Fold in egg whites and whipped cream. Chill one hour. Stir and serve topped with nutmeg.
