5 egg yolks
6 tsp. sugar
1/2 pt. whipping cream
6 egg whites
6 jiggers rum

Beat egg yolks with sugar until very light in color. Add rum, fold in whipped cream. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Additional rum may be used to taste.
