EGG NOG 
2 egg yolks
1/3 c. sugar
4 c. milk
2 egg whites
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Nutmeg to taste
Rum (Meyers) to taste
3/4 c. whipped cream

Heat egg yolks and sugar to almost a boil. Beat egg whites and 3 tablespoons sugar. Mix both mixtures together when cool. Add vanilla, nutmeg and rum (Meyers) to taste. Cool 4 hours. Add 3/4 cup whipped cream; mix. Serve.
