WHISKEY EGG NOG 
12 egg yolks
12 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 pt. whiskey
2 pt. whipped heavy cream
12 stiffly beaten egg whites
Cinnamon
Nutmeg

Stir egg yolks with 12 tablespoons sugar until smooth. Slowly stir in 1 pint whiskey and 1 pint whipped cream. Fold in beaten egg whites. Stir in 1/2 pint whiskey. Chill until serving time. Fold in 1 pint whipped cream. Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg. Serves 12.
