Half and half means half milk and half cream.

Half and half is a coffee creamer. You find it in the dairy case at the grocery store.

I use skim milk instead of sweetened condensed to cut back on calories and vanilla extract instead of coconut. Delish!

I have made this recipe for years. Although, I use the blender, I add vanilla extract about a tsp. I substitute fat free half and half and fat free sweetened condensed milk.
It is yummy! Great for a gift!
