EGG NOG CHIFFON PIE 
1 1/2 c. dairy eggnog
1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin softened in 1/4 c. water
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 c. sugar
Baked pie shell

Heat eggnog in saucepan just to boiling point; remove from heat, add gelatin. Whip cream. Whip egg whites with cream of tartar and sugar; fold in whipped cream, then cooled eggnog mixture. Pour in baked pie shell and chill.
