PAN STYLE PIZZA CRUST 
2 c. warm water (110 to 115 degrees)
2 pkgs. yeast
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
Approximately 6 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar and let set a few minutes. Add salt, oil, and 4 cups of the flour. Mix well with spoon or mixer. Add next 2 cups of flour and then knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Let rise until doubled, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Divide in half and pat into 2 well greased pizza pans or cookie sheets. Top with toppings and bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
