JALAPENO SPINACH CASSEROLE 
8 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. jalapeno cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
1 sm. pkg. elbow macaroni
Chopped parsley
Seasoned bread crumbs
2 tbsp. flour (heaping)
1 c. canned cream
4 oz. Swiss cheese
1 sm. can green chili peppers, chopped
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter; add flour, milk and cream to make sauce. Blend cheeses into sauce, stirring occasionally. Add well drained, cooked spinach, parsley, chili peppers, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Combine all with cooked macaroni; top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees until top is brown.
