JALAPENO CHILE BURROS (BURRITOS) 
2 lbs. ground beef
4 tbsp. mince onion
2 tbsp. oil
3 cans (15 oz.) tomato sauce
2 tbsp. chili powder
2 cloves garlic
3 tsp. salt
6 or 8 jalapeno peppers, washed and chopped
3 cans unseasoned pinto beans
1 lb. cheddar cheese

Brown your ground beef with onion in oil. Add tomato sauce, cloves, chili powder, salt and peppers. Simmer about 30 minutes and add pinto beans (or use your own) simmer 10 minutes. Grate cheese. Heat tortillas to soften and put 3/4 cup mixture on each tortillas with 1/2 cup cheese and roll up.
