CONEY SAUCE FOR HOT DOGS 
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. chili powder
1 c. catsup
1 1/2 c. water

Melt butter in skillet or saucepan. Add onions and cook until softened. Stir in meat, paprika, and chili powder. Cook over moderate heat until meat is slightly browned. Blend in catsup and water. Bring to a boil, then cook on low 20-30 minutes.
