PINEAPPLE DESSERT | |
1/2 c. soft butter 1 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 can (1 lb. 4 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained 5 slices bread, cubed Cream butter and sugar. Beat eggs, one at a time and add to creamed mixture. Add the pineapple to creamed mixture. Fold in cubed bread. Put in 1 1/2 quart greased casserole. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. |
