DELUXE PECAN PIE 
3 eggs
1 c. light or dark corn syrup
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla 1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans
1 unbaked pastry shell

In small bowl beat eggs slightly. Mix in corn syrup, sugar, butter, vanilla, and salt. Stir in pecans. Pour filling into pastry shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 35 minutes longer.
