TUNA CASHEW CASSEROLE 
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/4 c. water
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can chunk style tuna
1 (6 oz.) can cashew nuts
1 c. finely diced celery
1/4 c. minced onions
Pepper
1 (8 oz.) can peas
2 hard cooked eggs

Set aside half of the noodles. In a 1 1/2 quart casserole combine remaining noodles, mushroom soup, water tuna, cashew nuts, celery, onion and pepper. Add salt to taste. Add peas. Sprinkle remaining noodles over top and bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Garnish with eggs.
