TUNA - CASHEW CASSEROLE 
1 (3 oz.) jar chow mein noodles
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup undiluted
1/4 c. water
1 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) can tuna (1 c.)
1/4 lb. cashew nuts
1 c. finely diced celery
1/4 c. minced onion
Dash of pepper
Salt

Start heating oven to 325 degrees. Set aside 1/2 cup chow mein noodles. In 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine rest of noodles with other ingredients. Taste. Add salt, if nuts were unsalted. Sprinkle reserved noodles over top. Bake, uncovered, 40 minutes. Makes 5 servings.
