CHICKEN OR TUNA CASHEW CASSEROLE 
3 oz. chow mein noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can of peas
1 can water chestnuts, cut up
2 cans tuna or cut up chicken
1/4 lb. cashew nuts
1 c. finely diced celery
1/4 c. minced onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Set aside 1/2 cup noodles. Combine all ingredients. Add salt if nuts are not salted. Sprinkle noodles on top. Bake 40 minutes at 325 degrees.
