TUNA CASHEW CASSEROLE 
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
3/4 c. chopped, salted cashew nuts (or peanuts)
1/3 c. diced celery
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. chopped ripe olives
1/2 tsp. salt
Sprinkle of pepper

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Reserve 3/4 cup of the noodles. Combine rest of ingredients. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with rest of noodles and bake 40 minutes. Serves 4.
