TUNA CASHEW CASSEROLE 
1 (3 oz.) can of chow mein noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/4 c. water
1 can tuna
1/4 lb. cashew nuts
1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. minced onion
Dash salt and pepper

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Set aside 1/2 cup of noodles. 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, combine rest of noodles and the next 7 ingredients. Sprinkle rest of noodles on top. Bake 40 minutes.
