TUNA CASHEW CASSEROLE | |
1 can tuna 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. chopped celery 1/4 c. chopped onion 1/4 c. water 1/4 lb. cashews 1 (3 oz.) can Chinese chow mein noodles, divided Freshly ground pepper In large bowl, combine tuna, mushroom soup, celery, onion, water, and cashews plus 3/4 of noodles. Mix well and season with pepper to taste. Turn into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole and top with remaining noodles. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Makes 4 servings. |
