TUNA CASHEW CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can chow mein noodles
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1 can tuna
1/4 lb. cashew nuts
1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. minced onions
1 can sliced water chestnuts
Pimento, salt & pepper

Combine all except 1/2 cup noodles (reserve for top) in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
