1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lb. Velveeta, chunked
8 oz. carton sour cream
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 can Ranch style beans
1 can Rotel tomatoes

Brown beef and onions; drain. Mix all ingredients together and heat until cheese melts. Serve over chips or use as dip.
