CREAMY PASTA PRIMAVERA | |
1 1/2 c. sliced carrots 2 c. broccoli 6 oz. pkg. frozen snow peas 2 c. prepared HIDDEN VALLEY® Original Ranch dressing 10 oz. fettucini or med. wide noodles 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp. chopped parsley Cook carrots until tender; drain. Cook broccoli until tender; drain. Pour warm water over frozen snow peas and drain. Place in food processor and chop fairly fine, not too small. Pour dressing into large skillet and warm, do not boil. Cook fettucini and add with chopped vegetables to dressing. Toss to coat. Combine Parmesan cheese and parsley and sprinkle over top. |
