1 yellow cake mix
1/3 c. butter
1 egg

Mix and place in an ungreased 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 12-18 minutes at 350 degrees. 2/3 c. corn syrup 1/4 c. butter 1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips

Heat until smooth, then add 2 tsp. vanilla. 2 c. salted peanuts

Add to marshmallow mixture and pour into pan on top of baked mixture.
