SCALLOPED CLAMS 
1 c. Pilot crackers
1 c. Ritz crackers
1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1 stick butter, melted
2 (8 oz.) cans minced clams, drained

Crunch crackers and mix with butter, eggs and milk. Add onion and salt. Add clams last. Cook in uncovered casserole at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
