MINCED CLAM CASSEROLE 
2 (6 1/2 oz. size) cans minced clams (Snows)
1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
35 Ritz crackers, rolled

Use juice of one can of clams only. Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Then put into Pyrex buttered casserole dish. Top with buttered Ritz cracker crumbs. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
