CLAM CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 c. toasted bread cubes
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
2 cans minced clams
3/4 of liquid from clams plus enough milk to make 1 c.

Beat eggs and liquid together. Spread 1 cup bread cubes on bottom of casserole and top with clams and sour cream. Add rest of cubes, pour liquid mixture over all. Dot with butter. Don't overbake. Test with knife - if clean it is done. Bake at 325-350 degrees for 30 minutes.
