CRANBERRY ORANGE BREAD 
2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. grated orange peel
3/4 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 1/3 c. cranberries
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and soda. Combine egg, orange peel, orange juice and salad oil. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Fold in cranberries and walnuts.

Bake in greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until done. Remove from pan; cool. Wrap and store overnight.

High Altitude: Decrease sugar by 1 to 2 tablespoons and decrease baking powder by 1/2 teaspoon.
