CRANBERRY ORANGE BREAD 
3 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. melted butter
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. coarsely chopped cranberries
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine dry ingredients; add juice, butter and eggs. Mix just until moistened. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
