CRANBERRY ORANGE BREAD 
2 c. plain flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. raw cranberries, coarsely chopped
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. grated orange peel

Sift dry ingredients together. Fold in all other ingredients and stir just until well moistened (be careful not to overstir). Bake in greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Turn out on cake rack to cool.
