STRAWBERRY PIE 
Serves 6. Bake a 9 inch pie shell. Fill with 3 cups washed and hulled fresh strawberries. Pour "Strawberry Glaze" over the berries. Chill, then serve with fresh whipped cream.

"STRAWBERRY GLAZE":

1 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. corn syrup

Remove from the fire and right away stir in 3 tablespoons strawberry gelatin (from the Jello package). Cool.
