APPLE SWEET PEAS 
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 red apple, sliced or cubed
17 oz. can sweet peas, drained

In 2 or 3 quart skillet, combine butter, brown sugar, vinegar, and cinnamon; heat until bubbly. Add apple; cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Gently stir in peas; heat through. Serves 4.
