6 med. sweet potatoes
2 c. sliced apples
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. water
Chopped pecans
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Boil sweet potatoes, cut them into 1/2 inch slices. Layer casserole with sweet potatoes and apples. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, dot with butter. Pour water over mixture and sprinkle with pecans. Bake in greased casserole at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 6 servings.
