REUBEN SALAD 
5 slices rye bread, buttered, cubed, baked at 300 degrees for 20 minutes
8 c. lettuce, washed and torn
4 oz. of deli corned beef torn in bite sized pieces
1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut, rinsed and chilled
1 c. cubed Swiss cheese
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds

Serves 6.

THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING:

2 c. mayonnaise
1 green pepper, finely chopped
8 ribs celery, finely chopped
1 lg. onion, finely chopped
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. chili sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped

Combine well and chill. Combine salad ingredients with dressing. Toss well and serve chilled.
