REUBEN SALAD 
Corned beef
Sauerkraut
Swiss cheese
Rye bread
Russian dressing

Cut the corned beef into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl. Ditto for the Swiss cheese. Add sauerkraut. Toast the rye bread (if you like) and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Add it to the bowl. Add the Russian dressing. Toss and stir.
