1 (10.5 oz.) container Kraft Spreadery cheese snack neufchatel cheese with classic ranch flavor
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Bird's Eye chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
6 slices Oscar Mayer bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
1/3 c. chopped water chestnuts

Mix all ingredients; refrigerate. Serve with vegetable dippers or crackers. Makes 2 1/4 cups.
