HAM GLAZES 
Combine 3 tablespoons prepared mustard with 3/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves.

BITTERSWEET ORANGE GLAZE:

Combine 1/2 cup prepared mustard with 1/2 cup orange marmalade.

CRANBERRY GLAZE:

Melt 1 can (1 pound) jellied cranberry sauce over low heat, stirring with a fork to speed melting. Blend in 2 tablespoons prepared mustard and 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce. Baste ham several times with glaze; serve leftover glaze as a sauce.

PINEAPPLE GLAZE:

Combine 2 tablespoons prepared mustard with 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup drained, crushed pineapple.

MAPLE GLAZE:

Combine 1/4 cup prepared mustard with 1/2 cup maple syrup.

ORANGE HONEY GLAZE:

Combine 1/4 cup prepared mustard, 1/4 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup honey and 1 tablespoon grated orange rind.
