HUNTER'S STEW 
1 1/2 lb. lean chuck beef
1 onion, diced
1 egg
1 green pepper, diced
salt and pepper, to taste
1 can vegetable soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 can beef gravy
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomatoes, thickened with a little cornstarch

Mix beef, onion, egg and green pepper. Brown in a small amount of bacon fat (for flavor), stirring until browned. Then add all canned goods. Heat and eat. This freezes well.
