BIGLOS (Hunter's Stew) 
1 lb. sliced mushrooms
1/4 lb. bacon
1/2 lb. kielbasa sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can sauerkraut
2 tbsp. flour
3 c. cooked beef
2 c. cooked pork
2 c. cooked chicken or turkey
Pepper
1/2 c. red wine
Bay leaf

Saute bacon; set aside. Add kielbasa sausage to brown; set aside. Leave 1/4 cup fat in pan and save additional 2 tablespoons. Add onions and mushrooms to pan, saute then set aside. Drain sauerkraut. Save liquid and add water to make 1 cup. Saute sauerkraut 5 minutes and set aside.

Put reserved fat in pot and stir in flour and brown. Gradually stir in liquid, cooking until thick. Add all ingredients except wine and simmer covered 30 minutes. Stir in wine and simmer 15 minutes.
