BAKED FISH SUPREME 
1 lb. fillet of flounder or sole
1/2 lb. shrimp
3 tbsp. white wine
1 1/2 - 3 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
1 lg. can cut mushrooms
Bread crumbs
Butter
Cheddar cheese sauce (recipe follows)

Butter a flat baking dish. Place fish in it and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Combine wine, juice, salt and pepper and pour over fish. Add mushrooms and shrimp to cheddar cheese sauce. Pour cheese sauce over fish, sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake for 20 minutes or until browned.

CHEDDAR CHEESE SAUCE:

1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/4 c. milk

Add milk to soup and heat to boil. Simmer 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
