BAKED FISH WITH CHEESE SAUCE 
1 1/2 lb. fish fillets
8 oz. sour cream
1 lg. white onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Sm. jar mushrooms, sliced
12 oz. cheddar cheese

Layer fish in bottom of 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Season with salt, black pepper, red pepper and Worcestershire. Layer with cheddar cheese, then layer with onions sliced very thin.

Meanwhile on a low flame, heat the soup, sour cream and mushrooms. Pour this heated mixture over ingredients already in dish. Layer again with cheese and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
