BAKED FISH WITH CHEESE SAUCE 
1 1/2 lb. cod or turbot, thawed (if frozen add 15 minutes to cooking time)
1 c. grated Jack cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise (scant)
1 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. pickle relish
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
Dash of pepper

Combine all ingredients. Spread on fish. Bake uncovered 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
