EASY BAKED FISH | |
1 lb. fish fillet (haddock, scrod, grouper, flounder) 1 med. onion, diced into lg. pieces 1 sm. can sliced mushrooms 1 can tomato soup, not diluted Saute onion. When tender, add mushrooms and cook until tender. Add soup and warm this mixture. Put the fish into a baking dish. Pour the soup mixture on top. Bake covered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees and uncovered for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. |
