BAKED FRENCH TOAST | |
8 slices bread, cubed & crust removed 2 pkg. cream cheese, cubed 1/3 c. maple syrup 12 eggs 2 c. milk Cinnamon (optional) Cube bread, put half in 9 x 13 inch pan. Then add cream cheese, cubed. Add rest of bread. Beat eggs. Add milk, then maple syrup. Pour over bread. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight. (Add cinnamon, optional.) Serve with syrup, fruit or powdered sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. |
