MARINATED CARROTS 
5 c. sliced, cooked carrots
1 med. onion, cut in circles
1 sm. green pepper, cut in circles
1 (10 oz.) can cream of tomato soup
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Mix ingredients together and pour over vegetables. Cover and marinate 12 hours or more. Keeps two weeks.
